absolvierte ihr Studium an der Nationalen Musikakademie in Kiew 2010. Beim DEBUT-Gesangswettbewerb 2008 wurde sie mit dem 1. Preis und, dem Publikums- und dem Puccini-Preis ausgezeichnet. Finalistin des Belvedere Wettbewerbs in Wien 2010 und 2011. 2011 gewann sie den Internationalen Gesangswettbewerb „Neue Stimmen“ der Bertelsmann Stiftung in Gütersloh. Mit den Arien »Depuis le jour« aus Louise von G. Charpentier und »Dove sono i bei momenti« aus Le nozze di Figaro wurde sie von der Jury einstimmig zur NEUEN STIMME 2011 gewählt. Im selben Jahr war sie Mitglied des Young Singers Projects der Salzburger Festspiele.

Olga Bezsmertna ist seit 2012 Ensemblemitglied der Wr. Staatsoper und hatte ein sensationelles Hausdebüt als Dame in Hindemiths Cardillac unter Franz Welser-Möst. Im Oktober 2012 übernahm sie mit großem Erfolg kurzfristig die Partie der Contessa von Le nozze di Figaro. Seit sie Rusalka an der Seite von Piotr Beczala und Rachel in La Juive neben Neil Shicoffs legendärem Eléazar sang, hat sich Olga Bezsmertna als eine der beeindruckendsten Sängerinnen etabliert. Weiters sang sie Gräfin Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro), Rosalinde (Die Fledermaus), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) und Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Liù (Turandot), Pamina (Zauberflöte), Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Tatjana (Eugen Onegin), Mélisande. Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte), Micaëla (Carmen), Marguerite(Faust), Nedda (Pagliacci), Tatjana (Eugen Onegin), Margherita(Mefistofele), Marfa (Die Zarenbraut), die Titelrolle in Iolanta, Zemfira (Rachmaninows Aleko).

Als Mozarts Gräfin Almaviva glänzte sie unter Jérémie Rhorer und gastierte in dieser Rolle mit der Wr. Staatsoper in Hamburg unter Ádám Fischer. Im Frühjahr 2014 sang sie im an der Wr. Staatsoper erstmals Strauss’ Vier letzte Lieder. Debüt an der Deutschen Oper Berlin als Gräfin Almaviva und bei den Salzburger Festspielen als Marzelline (Fidelio) unter Welser-Möst. Außerdem war sie mit Mozarts Gräfin wieder an der Deutschen Oper Berlin und konzertierte mit der Camerata Salzburg unter Louis Langrée im Mozarteum. Bei den Salzburger Festspielen sang sie in Die Liebe der Danae. 2017/18 debutiert sie in Zürich als Tatjana in „Eugen Onegin“ und wird in Wien Contessa, Tatjana and Ms.Alice Ford aus „Falstaff“ (G.Verdi) singen.

Since her spectacular role debut as Rusalka next to Piotr Beczala and as Rachel in La Juive next to Neil Shicoff’s legendary Eleazar at the Wiener Staatsoper during the 2014/2015 season, Olga Bezsmertna has established herself as one of today’s most striking young singers thanks to her “magnificent voice” (Die Presse).

In the 2015/2016 season at the Wiener Staatsoper she will perform as Contessa under James Gaffigan, Rosalinde under Stefan Soltesz, Fiordiligi under Tomas Netopil, Donna Elvira under Sascha Goetzel as well as in Eötvös’ new production Tri Sestri. Also, Olga Beszmertna will also be Contessa the Deutsche Oper Berlin, will do a concert tournée under Luis Langrée with the Camerata Salzburg and guest at the Salzburger Festspiele.

Olga Bezsmertna has been an ensemble member at the Wiener Staatsoper since February 2012, where she made a spectacular house debut as Dame in Hindemith’s Cardillac conducted by Franz Welser-Möst. As Contessa in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro she delievered a brilliant performance under Jérémie Rhorer and made a guest performance in this role with the Wiener Staatsoper at the Hamburger Laeizshalle under the direction of Adam Fischer.

Apart from Rusalka and Rachel, in 2014/2015 Olga Bezsmertna made her role debut as Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni at the Wiener Staatsoper. Moreover she made her debut at the Salzburger Festspiele 2015 as Marzelline in the new production of Fidelio (directed by Claus Guth and conducted by Franz Welser-Möst) next to Jonas Kaufmann and Adrienne Pieczonka. Olga Bezsmertna sang the role of Marzelline concertante at a guest performance of the Wiener Staatsoper in the Stefaniesaal in Graz. Since her debut at the Staatsoper she sang i.a. Strauss’ Vier Letzte Lieder as soloist and Zauberflöte-Pamina. In 2011 Olga Bezsmertna was elected NEUE STIMME 2011 at the competition „Neue Stimmen“ of the Bertelsmann Foundation. The jury was chaired by Dominique Meyer. Prior to this, in summer 2011 she participated in the Young Singers Project in Salzburg.

Her repertoire includes Contessa (Le Nozze di Figaro), Pamina (Zauberflöte), Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Fiordiligi (Cosí fan tutte), Micaela (Carmen), Marguerite (Faust), Nedda (I Pagliacci), Marfa (Die Zarenbraut), Tatjana (Eugen Onegin), Jolanthe (Iolanta), Zemfira (Aleko), Margherita (Mefistofele). Olga Bezsmertna graduated from the Kiev National Academy of Music in Ukraine in 2010. „In the season 2017/18 Olga made here Debut in Zurich Opera House as Tatjana in „Eugen Onegin“ and will performed a next principal roles in Vienna Opera House,like Contessa,Tatjana and Ms.Alice Ford from „Falstaff“ G.Verdi.“
