Raissa Musachodshaewa ist die bedeutendste Musikpädagogin Kasachstans. Sie war Dozentin am Staatlichen Konservatorium von Alma Ata und unterrichtete an der Bajseitowa-Musikschule der Republik Kasachstan für begabte Kinder Violine.
Seit der Gründung der Hauptstadt Astana ist sie Professor an der Nationalen Musik- Universität Astana. Sie hatte ihr Studium am Staatlichen Konservatorium in Alma Ata mit Auszeichnung abgeschlossen und war in der Folge als Aspirantin – zuerst bei Prof. M. I. Waiman, später bei Prof. M.M. Beljakow am Konservatorium Leningrad tätig.
Mit Kindern arbeitet sie seit vielen Jahren und hat eine Reihe von ihren „Wunderkindern“ zu großartigen Geigern und Musikern erzogen, die außer in Kasachstan auch in aller Welt von Europa bis USA große Erfolge feiern. Unterrichtet wurden die kleinen Talente ab dem 4.Lebensjahr. Viele ihrer Schüler haben bei internationalen Violinwettbewerben und bei Festivals Preise gewonnen; etwa beim Tschaikowsky-Wettbewerb in Japan, dem Wieniawski-Wettbewerb in Polen oder dem Spohr-Wettbewerb in Deutschland u.v.a.
Konzerttourneen führen die Schüler von Raissa Musachadschajewa nach Rußland und in die GUS-Staaten, in die Schweiz, nach Frankreich und Südkorea bis USA. Im Rahmen des Ost-West-Musikfestes leitet sie die Violin-Meisterklasse für Kinder und Jugendliche.

Raissa Musachadzhayeva is the most important music teacher in Kazakhstan. She was a lecturer at the State Conservatory of Alma Ata and taught violin for gifted children at the Bajseitowa Music School of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since the founding of the capital Astana, she has been a professor at the National Music University of Astana. She graduated with honors from the State Conservatory in Alma Ata and subsequently became an aspirant – first with Prof. M. I. Waiman, later with Prof. M.M. Beljakov at the Leningrad Conservatory.
She has been working with children for many years and has brought a number of her „prodigies“ to great violinists and musicians, who are celebrating great successes from Europe to the USA, as well as in Kazakhstan, all over the world. The little talents were taught from the 4th year of life. Many of her students have won prizes at international violin competitions and festivals; at the Tschaikowsky Competition in Japan, the Wieniawski Competition in Poland or the Spohr Competition in Germany,…
Concert tours take the students of Raissa Musachajeva to Russia and the CIS countries, Switzerland, France and South Korea to the USA. As part of the East-West Music Festival she leads the violin masterclass for children and adolescents.

Onorata di Kazakistan, detentore del titolo Onorifico di Ministero della pubblika istruzione della Republica del Kazakhstan “ La migliore insegnante del Kazakhstan“ Professoressa della Kazaka Nazionale Universita delle Arti, dove ha lavorato per 13 anni in qualita di Vice- Rettore per gli affari accademici. Si e‘ diplomata con il massimo dei voti dalla scuola di musica republican, che prende il nome K.Baiseitova, Almati conservatorio Statale prende il nome Kurmangazy, e il Conservatorio Statale di San Pietroburgo chiamato dopo M. Glinka, Rimsky-Korsakov. Lei ha allenato piu di 70 giovani musicisti. Tra I suoi studenti -ci sono vincitori di concorsi nazionali ed internazionali. I suoi student lavorano non solo in Kasakhstan, ma occupano anche posizioni di rilievo in orchestra e universita‘: in Stati Uniti d’America, Austria, Svizzera, Israele, Italia e Russia. Membro della giuria di concorsi internazionali il nome A. Yampolskiy a Mosca, Shontal Kloster in Germania, „Il violino del Nord“ a Yakutsk ( Russia), Demidov Violin concorso gioventu a Ekaterinburg ( Russia), Rovere d’Oro di San Bartolomeo (Italia), il nome di Michelangelo a Milano (Italia). Durante i 18 anni che fa corsi di perfezionalmente internazionali al Festival „Musica di Laguna“ di Chioggia ( Italia), anche a East West music Fest in Austria.

Заслуженный деятель РК, профессор Почётный работник образования РК, обладатель почётного звания Министерства образования РК «Лучший преподаватель – 2012». Работает в КазНУИ с первых дней создания учебного заведения Закончила с отличием РССМШ им. К.Байсеитовой, Алма-Атинскую государственную консерваторию им. Курмангазы (профессор Патрушева Н.М.) и ассистентуру -стажировку Ленинградской государственной консерватории (профессор Беляков М.М.) Выпустила свыше 70 молодых музыкантов. Среди её учеников – лауреаты Республиканских и Международных конкурсов. Выпускники её класса работают не только в Казахстане, но и занимают значительные позиции в мировых оркестрах и университетах. Член жюри Международных конкурсов: им. А.Ямпольского в Москве, Шонталь Клостер в Германии, «Скрипка Севера» в Якутске (Россия), Демидовский Юношеский конкурс скрипачей в г.Екатеринбурге (Россия), «Ровере дОро» в Сан Бартоломео (Италия), им. Микеланджело Аббадо в Милане (Италия). В течении 15 лет ведёт Международные мастер-классы на Фестивале «Музыка Лагуны» в Кьоджо (Италия), а также на Ост-Вест Мюзик Фест в Австрии. Руководитель Научно-методического Центра кафедры струнных инструментов КазНУИ.
